- Recommended Equipment
- For the Twix Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Caramel Sauce
Directions
- For the Twix Ice Cream
- Chop up the Twix Sticks into small pieces.
- Add the chopped Twix pieces, sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract to a mason jar.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the lid from the jar and swirl in the caramel sauce. Use a fork to just gently stir in the caramel sauce, don’t over stir because you want the caramel to be swirled in, not mixed in.
- Place the ice cream in the freezer, with the lid off the jar. Stir the ice cream every few hours to keep the Twix from settling to the bottom.
- Freeze for 5 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy.
