1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsps Sugar
1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to a mason jar.
- Add the mini marshmallows to a small frying pan and toast on medium low heat until slightly golden and toasted.
- Add the toasted marshmallows to the jar, put the lid on, and shake for 30 seconds, then flip the jar upside down and let the marshmallows sit in the ice cream mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Take the lid off the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer for about 5 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop and enjoy!
