- Recommended Equipment
- For the Blueberry Sorbet
2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
2 tsps Lemon Juice
Directions
- Add the frozen blueberries to a food processor and pulse on high until they are finely grated.
- In a small bowl combine the sugar, water, and lemon juice. Stir together to form a sugar water.
- Add the sugar water to the food processor and pulse the mixture. If needed, turn the food processor off and use a spatula to push any blueberries that may have gotten stuck on the side, down into the food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the blueberry sorbet to a container. From there, you can either pop it in the freezer for a few hours to let it freeze a bit more, or you can eat it right away!
