Ingredients
- Recommended Equipment
- For the Robins Egg Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
- For the Robin’s Egg Ice Cream
- Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to a mason jar.
- Place the Robin’s Eggs on a cutting board. Take a sauce pan and place it on top of the Robin’s Eggs. Press the pan down on the Robin’s Eggs to break them up into pieces.
- Add the Robins Egg pieces into the mason jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the lid from the jar and place the ice cream into the freezer. Stir the ice cream every two hours, to keep the Robins Eggs from settling to the bottom.
- Freeze the ice cream for 5 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
