Ingredients

- For the Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
2 Tbsps of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Hot Water
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
- In a bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
- Add the hot water and instant coffee to the mason jar. Stir until the coffee is dissolved. Add in the heavy whipping cream and sugar.
- Then add in the pumpkin purée mixture.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Take the lid off the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer for 5 hours or until completely frozen. Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!

Hi Julia, Do your ice cream recipes work with less sugar? Most of the recipes I’ve seen call for a 1/4 cup sugar. That seems like a lot of sugar. Could I cut the sugar in half?
Hi Molly! You are totally welcome to use less sugar. I would recommend keeping some in there, but you can totally cut it in half. 🙂
