Creamy and delicious pumpkin coffee ice cream.

  • In a bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
  • Add the hot water and instant coffee to the mason jar. Stir until the coffee is dissolved. Add in the heavy whipping cream and sugar.
  • Then add in the pumpkin purée mixture.
  • Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
  • Take the lid off the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer for 5 hours or until completely frozen. Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!

  2. Hi Julia, Do your ice cream recipes work with less sugar? Most of the recipes I’ve seen call for a 1/4 cup sugar. That seems like a lot of sugar. Could I cut the sugar in half?

    • Hi Molly! You are totally welcome to use less sugar. I would recommend keeping some in there, but you can totally cut it in half. 🙂
