Ingredients
- Recommended Equipment
- For the Peach Sorbet
4 Cups frozen peaches
4 tsps Lemon Juice
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
Directions
- Add the peaches to the food processor and pulse until peaches are a smooth purée and stick together. Use a spatula to go around the edge of the food processor to push the peach mixture down in.
- In a bowl combine the sugar, water, and lemon juice to create a sugar water. This helps the sugar to blend with the peaches.
- Add the sugar water into the food processor and pulse again until the peaches are smooth.
- Transfer the peach sorbet mixture into a freezer safe container. You can either eat the peach sorbet right away, or place it in the freezer for 3 hours or so until it’s frozen a bit more.
- Then scoop and enjoy!
