Maple Toffee Ice Cream in a Jar

- For the Maple Toffee Ice Cream
3/4 Cup + 2 tsps Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Heath Bits
Directions
- In a mason jar, combine the 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add half of the heath chips and 2 tsps of heavy whipping cream to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds, just until slightly melted.
- Add the melted heath chips to the jar. Put the lid of the jar and shake for about 20 seconds.
- Add in the remaining 1/4 cup of heath chips, and use a spoon to stir them in.
- Put the ice cream in the freezer for 4-5 hours, making sure to stir it every 2 hours to keep the heath chips from settling to the bottom.
- Once completely frozen, enjoy!
