Ingredients

- For the Lemon White Chocolate Ice Cream
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
The juice from 1 Lemon, or 2 tbsps Lemon Juice
6 Tbsps Sugar
1/4 tsp Lemon Zest
2 Tbsps White Chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar to a mason jar. Use a spoon to stir it together. It should create a thick sugary glaze.
- Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream, and then use a spoon to stir the sugar mixture into the cream until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chop up the white chocolate.
- Pour the cream mixture into a freezer safe container. Sprinkle in the chopped white chocolate and then use a spoon to stir it in.
- Optional: Add a little lemon zest to the top of the ice cream mixture and sprinkle a little white chocolate across the top.
- Place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 5 hours or until it’s completely frozen.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop and enjoy!
