Ingredients

  • Recommended Equipment
  • Ball Mason Jar

  • Lemon Zester

  • For the Lemon White Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

  • The juice from 1 Lemon, or 2 tbsps Lemon Juice

  • 6 Tbsps Sugar

  • 1/4 tsp Lemon Zest

  • 2 Tbsps White Chocolate, chopped

Directions

  • Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar to a mason jar. Use a spoon to stir it together. It should create a thick sugary glaze.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream, and then use a spoon to stir the sugar mixture into the cream until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Chop up the white chocolate.
  • Pour the cream mixture into a freezer safe container. Sprinkle in the chopped white chocolate and then use a spoon to stir it in.
  • Optional: Add a little lemon zest to the top of the ice cream mixture and sprinkle a little white chocolate across the top.
  • Place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 5 hours or until it’s completely frozen.
  • Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop and enjoy!
