- Recommended Equipment
- For the Hot Chocolate Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsps Sugar
2 Packages of Hot Chocolate Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Marshmallows
2 Tbsps Whipped Cream
Directions
- In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and hot chocolate powder.
- Use a whisk to whisk in the hot cocoa powder.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 10 seconds to help combine the ingredients.
- Remove the lid, then add in the marshmallows and whipped cream. Use a fork to gently swirl in the marshmallows and whipped cream.
- Place the ice cream in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Notes
- For the hot chocolate powder: I recommend using either a dark chocolate hot chocolate powder or a double chocolate hot chocolate mix for a more indulgent flavor, but a regular hot chocolate mix will work as well.
