- For the Grasshopper Oreo Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Mint Extract
1/4 Cup Andes Mint Chips
Optional: Green Food Coloring
Directions
- Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar, mint extract, 2 drops of green food coloring, and Andes Mint Chips to a mason jar.
- Break the Dark Chocolate Oreos into chunks and add them to the jar.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the lid from the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer. While the ice cream is freezing, stir it every two hours to keep the Andes Mints and Oreos from settling to the bottom.
- Freeze the ice cream for 5 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
