Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 5 Tbsps Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Molasses

  • 1/2 tsp ground Ginger

  • 1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp ground Cinnamon

  • 1 large Gingerbread Cookie

Directions

  • In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream, brown sugar, molasses, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  • Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
  • Break up the Gingerbread Cookie and add it to the ice cream mixture. Use a spoon to stir the cookie into the ice cream mixture.
  • Place the jar in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
