Ingredients
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
5 Tbsps Brown Sugar
1 tsp Molasses
1/2 tsp ground Ginger
1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 large Gingerbread Cookie
Directions
- In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream, brown sugar, molasses, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Break up the Gingerbread Cookie and add it to the ice cream mixture. Use a spoon to stir the cookie into the ice cream mixture.
