Ingredients

  • 1.5 Tbsps Butterscotch Chips

  • 1.5 Tbsps Peanut Butter Chips

  • 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Tbsp Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Milk

  • 2 Tbsps Sugar

  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 tsp Espresso Powder or Instant Coffee

Directions

  • Add the butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips, to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
  • Once melted, stir the chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour in 1/3 of the heavy whipping cream, and stir until smooth. Repeat with the remaining 2/3 of heavy whipping cream, until completely combined.
  • Stir in the sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour in the milk, and stir until combined.
  • Pour the mixture back into the jar, put the lid on the jar, and give it a good final shake.
  • Remove the lid from the jar, and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, top with extra chocolate sauce and enjoy!
