1.5 Tbsps Butterscotch Chips
1.5 Tbsps Peanut Butter Chips
1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsps Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Espresso Powder or Instant Coffee
Optional: Chocolate Sauce to finish
Directions
- Add the butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips, to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
- Once melted, stir the chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour in 1/3 of the heavy whipping cream, and stir until smooth. Repeat with the remaining 2/3 of heavy whipping cream, until completely combined.
- Stir in the sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour in the milk, and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture back into the jar, put the lid on the jar, and give it a good final shake.
- Remove the lid from the jar, and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, top with extra chocolate sauce and enjoy!
