Ingredients

- For the Dairy-Free Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream
1 Cup Coconut Cream
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 Tbsps Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder)
1/4 Cup Sugar
4 Oreos (crushed)
Directions
- Add the coconut cream, xanthan gum, cacao powder, and sugar to a mason jar.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it to combine the ingredients. Then use a whisk to help mix the mixture together.
- Add the crushed Oreos and use a spoon to stir them in.
- Place the ice cream in the freezer (with the lid off) for 4 hours until frozen.
- Enjoy!
