- For the Cotton Candy Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 tsp Cotton Candy Flavoring
2 drops Pink Food Coloring
2 drops Blue Food Coloring
Directions
- In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and cotton candy flavoring. Place the lid on the jar and shake until combined. (About 30 seconds.)
- Once combined, split the cream mixture into two jars.
- In one jar, add 2 drops of pink food coloring. Place the lid on the jar and give it a quick shake to turn the cream pink.
- In the other jar, add 2 drops of blue food coloring. Place the lid on the jar and give it a shake to turn the cream blue.
- Take another jar, pour the blue cream and pour it into the jar, then starting on the edge of the jar, slowly pour the pink cream in with the blue cream. Make sure to pour slowly so that the pink doesn’t mix too much with the blue.
