Ingredients

  • Recommended Equipment
  • Ball Mason Jars

  • For the Cosmic Brownie Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 3 Tbsps Sugar

  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  • 3 Cosmic Brownie Squares

  • 2 drops Pink Food Coloring

  • 2 drops Turquoise Food Coloring

  • 2 drops Purple Food Coloring

Directions

  • Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and salt to a mason jar.
  • Break up the Cosmic Brownie Squares into bites and add them to the mason jar.
  • Add in the 2 drops of blue food coloring, 2 drops of purple food coloring, and 2 drops of pink food coloring.
  • Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
  • Remove the lid from the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer for at least 5 hours or until it’s completely frozen. Stir it once or twice while the ice cream is freezing to keep the brownies from settling to the bottom.
  • Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
