1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Tbsps Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
2 drops Pink Food Coloring
2 drops Turquoise Food Coloring
2 drops Purple Food Coloring
Directions
- Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and salt to a mason jar.
- Break up the Cosmic Brownie Squares into bites and add them to the mason jar.
- Add in the 2 drops of blue food coloring, 2 drops of purple food coloring, and 2 drops of pink food coloring.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the lid from the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer for at least 5 hours or until it’s completely frozen. Stir it once or twice while the ice cream is freezing to keep the brownies from settling to the bottom.
