Ingredients
- Recommended Equipment
- For the Coffee Oreo Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tsp Hot Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Oreo’s
- For the Chocolate Ganache
2 Tbsps Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
- For the Coffee Oreo Ice Cream
- Add the hot water and instant coffee to a mason jar. Use a spoon to stir the instant coffee in until dissolved.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Break up the Oreo’s and add those to the mason jar.
- For the Chocolate Ganache
- Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted.
- Stir in the heavy whipping cream until the chocolate ganache is smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache into the ice cream mixture. Use a spoon to swirl the chocolate ganache into the ice cream.
- Place the ice cream in the freezer, with the lid off, for 5 hours or until it’s completely frozen. Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!

Absolutely! Just use the cream part though, don’t use any liquid. 🙂
