Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream in a Jar

3 Tbsps Hot Water
2 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Directions
- Add the cocoa powder, hot water, sugar, and vanilla extract to a mason jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake it for 30 seconds until it turns into a chocolate sauce.
- Add the heavy whipping cream to the mason jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake it for 20 seconds until the ingredients are all combined.
- Pour the chocolate ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Chop up the Reeses’ Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces.
- Spread dollops of peanut butter throughout the chocolate ice cream mixture.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top of the ice cream mixture and stir them in.
- Place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 5 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
