Ingredients

- For the Chocolate Ice Cream
2 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsps Hot Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Add the hot water to a mason jar. Add in the cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Put the lid on the jar and shake the jar until the cocoa powder is combined with the water into a sauce.
- Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mason jar. Stir the chocolates together until smooth.
- Add in the sugar and heavy whipping cream. Put the lid on the jar and shake again until all the ingredients are combined. If needed use a spoon to help stir the ingredients together.
- Take the lid off the jar and place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for four hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
