2 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsps Hot Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Brownies
Directions
- Add the cocoa powder, hot water, and vanilla extract to a mason jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake to combine it, until the chocolate is like a sauce and there are no clumps of cocoa powder.
- Then add in the sugar and heavy whipping cream. Put the lid on the jar and shake it again for about 30 seconds until the ice cream mixture is smooth.
- Break up the brownies and add them to the chocolate ice cream mixture. Use a spoon to stir it in.
- Place the jar in the freezer, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
