Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips

  • 2 Tbsps Sugar

  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  • In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream and milk.
  • Add the butterscotch chips to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
  • Use a spoon to stir the chips until smooth.
  • Slowly add in about 1/3 of the heavy cream mixture, stir until smooth. Add in a little more heavy whipping cream, and stir again until smooth. Add in the remaining heavy whipping cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the butterscotch mixture back into the jar. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
  • Take the lid off the jar and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Enjoy!
