3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips
2 Tbsps Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream and milk.
- Add the butterscotch chips to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
- Use a spoon to stir the chips until smooth.
- Slowly add in about 1/3 of the heavy cream mixture, stir until smooth. Add in a little more heavy whipping cream, and stir again until smooth. Add in the remaining heavy whipping cream. Stir until smooth.
- Add the butterscotch mixture back into the jar. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Place the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Take the lid off the jar and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until completely frozen.
