  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 3/4 Cup Blackberries

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Optional: 4 drops Purple Food Coloring

Directions

  • In a bowl mash the blackberries with a fork to bring out the juice.
  • Then add the heavy cream, blackberries, sugar, vanilla, and food coloring (if you want it to be really purple) to a jar.
  • Put the lid on the jar and shake it until the ingredients are combined (about 30 seconds.)
  • Take the lid off the jar and place the jar in the freezer for about 4 hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
