Ingredients
- Recommended Equipment
- For the Blueberry Pie Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 mini Blueberry Pie
Directions
- Chop up the blueberry pie into small pieces and add it to your mason jar.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 20 seconds to combine the ingredients. The ice cream should be a light purple color at this point.
- Take the lid off the jar and place the ice cream in the freezer. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until it’s completely frozen.
- Optional: while the ice cream is freezing, stir it once or twice during the process to help the pie pieces not all sit at the top.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop and enjoy!
