- For the Biscoff Ice Cream
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a mason jar, combine heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and Biscoff Cookie Butter.
- Break up the Biscoff Cookies and add them to the jar.
- Put the lid on the jar, and shake it to combine the ingredients. (If needed you can use a spoon to help stir them together.)
- Place the jar in the freezer with the lid off, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Enjoy!
