Ingredients
- Recommended Equipment
- For the Strawberry Sorbet
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Warm Water
2 tsps Lemon Juice
Directions
- Add the strawberries to a food processor. Pulse the strawberries in the food processor until they are just finely grated.
- In a bowl combine the sugar, warm water, and lemon juice. Stir together to create a sugar water.
- Add the sugar water to the food processor. Pulse the strawberries and sugar water together for about 20 seconds. Then turn the food processor off. Use a spatula to push any of the strawberries that are on the side of the food processor down in with the rest of the strawberry purée.
- Put the lid back on the food processor and turn it back on. Pulse the strawberries until completely smooth.
- Once the strawberry sorbet is smooth transfer it to a plastic container. From there, you can either eat it right away, or you can cover it and place it in the freezer to save for later.
